Synaptix.AI S.R.L. operates, exclusively or predominantly, in the development, production, research and commercialisation of high-technology products and services based on artificial intelligence, Large Language Models, machine learning, deep learning, data science and neural networks, also pursuant to Italian Decree-Law no. 179 of 18 October 2012 and subsequent amendments.

The founders.
We are a small team. Skills matter more than titles: here is what each of us actually brings to the work. And we are not alone: a squad of digital agents works alongside us, systems we design, train and supervise ourselves, which multiply what a team this size can build and keep running.
Senior AI Engineer
Has been building software since 2022, with the most recent years on agentic systems. Has designed and shipped multi-agent architectures into production for companies in Germany and the United States, from digital health to bioinformatics: language-model orchestration, retrieval-augmented systems, model evaluation and observability, cloud infrastructure that holds up under real load.
MSc in Computer Science and Engineering and a doctoral scholarship on artificial intelligence applied to cybersecurity. Deep, hands-on experience with state-of-the-art generative AI, adopted and taken to production on complex industrial projects.
Finance and administration
Runs the company's financial and economic management.
Founding principle
We build specialised AI agents that evolve through Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), turning human experience and feedback into continuous learning.
AI brings speed, scale and processing power; the human brings context, intuition, values and ethics. Together, they amplify each other's potential.
